High-G batteries have been designed and manufactured by us for some years.
These consist of a die-cast aluminium box with a set of Nicad cells inside.
The whole assembly is potted in a two-pack epoxy resin.

A safety fuse and Mil-spec connector are fitted to the end of the case to allow for
charger and load connections. The charger usually has a separate connection.

This picture shows a 25-cell battery before pouring the resin into the enclosure.
A void is left underneath the cells to allow a venting space for the cells.
A steel mounting plate is supplied with the battery for attachment if required.
