Another regular production item, the CV58 Linear chargers have been produced by us
since the early 1980's, and they have been continually refined and improved since then.

The chargers can be supplied with 12V, 24V and 30V outputs and are
suitable for portable use or as bench chargers for fixed installations.

Generously proportioned heat sinking and mains transformer give the chargers a genuine
continuous rating at all voltages. The use of linear circuitry enables operation in sensitive areas.

The picture shows the exterior of a typical unit, the input and output circuits are fully fused and the
mains transformer has a thermal trip switch fitted in case of abuse or covering of the vents.
Various input voltage options are available, such as 120/240V or 110/220/240V, all front panel switched.
