Designed for use on installations where dual redundancy is required, the CVT552 Dual System contains fully duplicated chargers in a compact cabinet, charger outputs being fed through blocking diodes to the output terminals. The system is fully metered and the Battery Monitor 300 is fitted to both channels, to provide alarm functions for the battery condition.

Both chargers are completely independent, apart from the incoming mains supply, which is 3-phase and common to both units.

The interior view shows all the main components and the twin mains transformers.

The systems are available in single-phase as well as 3-phase input versions, higher and lower outputs can also be supplied to order.
