Another regular production item, 30V switch Tripping Battery units have been produced by us
since the mid 1980's, and they have been continually refined and improved since then.

The current range is in operation throughout the UK, both in Utility substations and in private
installations. The Nicad batteries and chargers available cover most requirements for
installations with no standing load, while a Lead-Acid battery and constant voltage charger
version covers most small standing load requirements.

Metering and test load are standard, as is a mains fail/charger fail alarm relay with
volt free contacts for remote telemetry. Other alarms are available on request.

The picture shows the interior of one of the 12AH Lead-Acid units, this has the AC on/off switch and all fuses
on the inside of the unit.
